One of the few chefs to win both the Roux Scholarship and National Chef of the Year, Chef Desai is celebrated for his distinct culinary style, blending classical French techniques with his rich Indian heritage, which has earned him Michelin stars at multiple restaurants, including HRISHI and The Cedar Tree at Farlam Hall. He will join Chef Atul Kochhar to craft a bespoke tasting menu that promises a harmonious fusion of Kanishka’s innovative Pan-Indian flavours with Desai’s precise and inventive approach.
