About this Event
Enjoy a romantic four course dinner for two in downtown Spokane's most historic building. The 1889 Building at Fete - A Nectar Co was built after the great fire of 1889 that destroyed over 100 structures in downtown Spokane. Located just one block from Riverfront Park the building is a beautiful three story brick structure with beautiful ambiance and charm.
Chef Steven Swanson has prepared a four course menu for you to enjoy with your Valentine on Saturday, February 14. Your experience will start with a glass of sparkling wine for you and your guest. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase. The ticket price is all inclusive of dinner for TWO and tax. Choose from two dinner times. Doors open 30 minutes prior to your dinner start time.

- Connote pork belly with apricot glaze on a bed of creamy apple slaw
Salad (you choose)
- Beet salad, feta, pistachios, cranberry white balsamic vinaigrette
- Caesar salad in parmesan cheese bowl
Entrees (you choose)
- 12 oz NY Strip with coffee chili rub with a chimichurri compound butter, confit potatoes, pickled onion and seasonal vegetables
- Seared salmon with charred lemon bearnaise, fennel risotto with orange marmalade and seasonal vegetables
- Vegan / Vegetarian Thyme and ras al hanout roasted carrot wheel on a bed of roasted garlic baba ghanoush with a arugula and tomato salad and coconut maple cream
