Foundry x Footprints Jazz Club join forces to bring a night of musical exploration, bringing together musicians from across the UK to celebrate and explore sounds from across the globe; presented with cutting edge production and a heavy-weight sound system.Headlining our debut collab, one of the UKs most energetic and exciting live acts, TC & The Groove Family, a 10-piece collective whose music celebrates the coming together of cultures, and the unity that music can provide for everyone. They explore grooves from both the UK and around the world, including afrobeat, breakbeats, jungle and highlife.
Joining them, Plantfood, a 6-piece blood-pumping jazz force summoning an intricate mix of electronic and acoustic layers with influences all the way from spiritual jazz to contemporary club music.
Warming up proceedings, Footprints regulars and Sheffield favourites, Fuji Speedway; a jazz fusion quintet creating a melting pot of broken beat, electronic and jazz sounds.
