Legal action will be taken against any violations.

Age and Professional Limitations: Open to all ages and professions; no restrictions.

Food and Beverages: 

• Alcohol is not permitted. 
• For "Student Pass Delegate Pass Privilege Pass & Stall Pass" holders refreshments beverages and lunch will be provided on both the days.
• For "Privilege Pass" holders dinner refreshments and beverage will be provided on both the days.
• For "Afterparty Pass" holders dinner refreshments and beverage will be provided on the day of afterparty (22nd June 2025).

Venue and Liability:

• The organizers are not liable for any damages caused by attendees.
• Attendees must respect the venue space. Any disputes caused by you with the venue must be managed directly with the venue management.

Prohibition of Scams Spams and Abuse:

This event is a safe space for all participants. Any form of scam spam harassment or abuse will result in immediate removal and blacklisting from future events.

Media and Privacy:

By attending you consent to being photographed and filmed for event highlights promotions and social media purposes.

Refund Policy: This is a non refundable event.
