Ale Guzmán is the founder of Cerclé Studio, a women-focused fitness and movement community in Madrid. With over a decade of dance experience and certifications in Barre, personal training, and sports coaching, she created Cerclé to offer a versatile, challenging, and inclusive fitness experience. More than a workout space, it’s a community where women grow, inspire each other, and share energy around wellbeing and movement.
Program:
This event opens with an exclusive one-hour conversation with Ale Guzmán. First, Ale will share her story, what Cerclé Studio does, how it started, and the motivation behind building a strong, community-led fitness brand. After that, the host will guide a broader discussion exploring key entrepreneurial topics — from finding investors to hiring and firing, work-life balance and other challenges every founder faces. This deep, candid chat with be followed by one hour of networking, giving attendees the chance to connect, exchange ideas, and build community.
