The Founder’s Day Showcase Concert will be held on Friday, October 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the Clayton Center for the Arts’ Ronald and Lynda Nutt Theatre. This is an annual Homecoming event featuring performances by student and alumni ensembles such as Concert Choir, Off Kilter, Lads, Lassies and the Homecoming Choir. The program will also include visual art displays, and the presentation of Alumni Awards. The guest director for the Homecoming Choir will be Josh Sumter ’14 and featured soloists include Robby Clemens ’20, Dr. Joe Fitzgerald ‘05 and Jacob Parauka, choir assistant. Music to presented includes the classic spiritual "Ain't Got Time to Die" by Hall Johnson, "On My Way" by Shawn Kirchner and "Let the Life I've Lived Speak for Me" by Gwyneth Walker. The event is free and open to the public.
