Get ready to sweeten up Founders’ Day, Mulberry’s birthday on February 14th, the perfect day to grab treats for Valentine’s Day too! We’re thrilled to bring back the Community Bake Sale & Competition, and you’re invited to join the fun in a new location, Mulberry’s downtown!Are you a blue-ribbon baker ready to show off your best sweets? Enter one (or all!) of our three delicious competition categories:
Cakes
Pies
Other (anything dessert-like that isn’t a cake, cupcake, pie, or tart: think breads, cookies, brownies, and more!)
Contestants must provide five samples per entry for judging, and creations will be evaluated on taste and presentation. Whether you’re baking for bragging rights or to help folks score perfect Valentine’s Day treats, this is your moment!
We also encourage all participants to sell their baked goods at the Founders’ Day Community Bake Sale — and all sales go directly to you!
There’s no fee to apply, but an application is required by February 11th. And for the sweetest victory of all . . . first place wins $300!
