50 Lessons To Start, Scale & Sell Without Wounding Our Wellbeing.
About this Event

Our ‘high-performance’ generation has a problem with burnout. Depression and anxiety are now at record levels amongst founders and leaders.

In response, Mike Buonaiuto's new book, Founder Therapy, pulls together research from neuroscience, with experience from top-performing entrepreneurs, to present 50 lessons to start, scale and sell without wounding our wellbeing.

To mark its publication, Unrest, NatWest Business and other partners are hosting an exclusive launch event in July; exploring the proven link between founder resilience and commercial success.

The book hits shelves from Tuesday June 27th and you're invited to our launch event on Monday July 17th, to hear from the author and our panel of experts.
