Our guest speakers for this event are Bart Geerts, Founder of Healthplus.ai; Erik de Heus, CEO of Skin Vision and Wilco Schuttelaar, co-Founder of Founda Health. Together, they'll discuss the common challenges and learn from others how they have overcome them, making for a well-rounded and interesting discussion!
We’ll begin the event with a short introduction from our moderator for the evening, Hylke Kingma who is the digital health lead in KPMG. Following this introduction, we’ll move to a fireside chat with Bart, Erik and Wilco to dive into their experiences. Make sure to stick around following the panel: there'll be time at the end of the event for audience Q&A and networking!

Speakers:
Bart Geerts is the CEO and founder of Healthplus.ai. Healthplus.ai is making surgical care more proactive by predicting complications from existing data with machine learning. Bart is a physician by training and he has over ten years of clinical experience as an anesthetist, intensivist and clinical pharmacologist in the Netherlands and UK. He has worked on the development of several medical devices with Edwards Lifesciences and Philips in the past, and worked for several VCs. Bart is also an academic researcher with papers in JAMA and Nature Medicine.
Wilco Schuttelaar is a co-founder of Founda Health, a fast growing startup that has built a platform to integrate digital health solutions into hospital information systems. Over 15 years of experience in scaling healthcare innovations. Also founded the Dutch national platform for healthcare innovations (Zorginnovatie.nl).
Hylke Kingma is the digital health lead in KPMG’s technology practice. He is an IT Strategist and program manager and has extensive experience in the field of Health IT. He supports hospitals, (regional) health collaborations and other health organizations with their vision and strategy on digital health and how new technologies can reshape eco-systems in healthcare.
