Bring it back to basics.This 3 week workshop is intended for anyone new to yoga, recovering from an injury or a seasoned yogi that is looking to revisit the foundational poses and principles of a safe practice.
The workshop will focus on alignment, personalized recommendations, learning the poses and the transition to a group class.
This class will meet October 5, 12 and 26 and will be limited to 10 people for individualized instructions
