Gippy Training would like to welcome all Standie Lovers/Owners for a clinic specifically for retraining our Standardbreds!
This workshop day is designed to accommodate a diverse range of Standardbred owners, with the goal of ensuring everyone feels included and confident whilst enjoying the day.
This clinic will feature a wide range of groundwork and riding exercises, designed to educate both riders and horses on how to establish balance, suppleness, and strength.
A great opportunity to expose the breed to something different that is calm and comfortable, also to have any problems solved that may be occurring in your training.
Join us for a judgement-free Q&A session, where all types of questions are welcome. A laid back environment is ideal for us all to enjoy the experience and have our Standies understanding their new life after racing!
If you don’t have a horse to join… come, watch and learn! The breed varies on how they learn, it’s a great opportunity to watch all horses adapted to the day!
This clinic will have nibbles available but we encourage all riders and handlers to bring your own lunch for our lunch break at 12:30pm.
To book a spot, contact Dakota on our business page Gippsland Horse Training & Sales. A deposit of $80 is required at booking to hold your spot, we cannot stress this enough that if payment isn’t made your spot may be taken.
