REFORMER FOUNDATIONS: Digging into the fundamentals of this popular piece of Pilates equipment, learn why it's great training for folks of all fitness levels. Ideal for new reformer-users, we will explore terminology, machine settings, exercise purpose, and how to adjust/modify/vary as you need. If you are familiar with the reformer but it's been a while, this is a great way to get back to basics before taking a general group class.
This 4-class sessions also includes a complimentary group class + pair of reformer grip socks.
The class runs 4 consecutive Saturdays 11:10am to 12:00pm, September 6 to 27, with Colette.
