Come learn about the foundations of yoga and develop an understanding of what your practice means to you. We will spend some time talking about what yoga is, covering some history, background, methods, and what the practice can mean for you. For the rest of the workshop, we will be practicing specific postures and sequences while teachers help adjust and align students to deepen their understanding of each posture. You will leave this workshop feeling more confident in your practice, with a better understanding of what postures should feel like in your body.This is a great opportunity for beginner yogis to come learn postures and sequences, or for intermediate and advanced yogis to deepen their practice, revisit how postures and movements feel in their body, and learn new things.
