For beginning and seasoned practitioners alike this workshop offers the opportunity to get in touch with the fundamental aspects of some of the most common asanas and breath practices encountered in most classes.
We'll address the core foundations of a fruitful physical yoga practice and experience how they may inform the postures and breath anew. Through this foundational approach we can rediscover how we are approaching the practice; How we are entering the postures, exiting the postures and what the breath and mind may be doing along the way.
This is an opportunity to notice unconscious patterns that may be helping or hindering the practice. This slow, investigative approach can help establish good patterns to build upon for years of practice to come.
