Welcome to our workshop on Foundations of Yoga: Building a Good Practice! Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding and practice, this workshop is designed to provide you with the necessary foundation to build a strong and sustainable yoga practice.In this workshop, we will explore various aspects of yoga, including asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises). By understanding and integrating these elements, you will be able to create a well-rounded practice that brings balance and harmony to both your body and mind.
Throughout the workshop, we will emphasize the importance of alignment and safety in your practice. You will learn proper body mechanics and modifications by using whatever props required to ensure that you can practice yoga in a way that suits your unique needs and abilities. This workshop will certainly lay the groundwork for the future.
Who is this for?
This workshop is suitable for students who have 6 months plus experience.
