This 4-week series is designed to create a fun, safe and engaging space where you can discover the tools and skills to walk into any Yoga Flow class.We will demystify the secret of yoga breathing, we will build the basic yoga poses in your body with you and we will learn how to use yoga props as a support and enhancement for your practice.
You will leave this 4-week series with more knowledge and skill to feel successful in a yoga class.
Dates: June 2, 9, 16 & 23
Time: Sundays 3 pm
Investment: $100 for the series. No make ups.
