Foundations of Connection: A Hands-On Workshop for Self-Discovery

Ever feel like you’re out of sync with your own needs and boundaries? Like you say yes when you mean no—or struggle to know what you really want in the first place? You’re not alone. Foundations of Connection is an interactive self-discovery and boundary-setting workshop designed to help you trust your intuition set clear boundaries and build stronger relationships.

What to Expect

This isn’t your typical personal growth workshop. It's interactive engaging and rooted in practical embodiment practices. You'll learn to recognize what feels right (or wrong) in your body so that you can trust yourself and communicate with confidence.

This isn’t some too-zen-for-words situation and there won't be any vague "just connect with your inner child" advice. (Though let’s be real—you’ll definitely spot a crystal or two in my space. Guilty as charged.) This experience is grounded real and highly practical.

Note: This is a hands-on experience not a "handsy" one. While we’ll explore personal limits through interactive exercises there are no touch-based activities.

Workshop Agenda

📍 1:45 PM – Doors Open

Settle in grab some water and get ready for an afternoon of discovery.

📍 2:00 PM – Welcome Circle (45 min)

Meet the group and get an overview of what’s to come.

📍 2:45 PM – Embodied Exercises & Interactive Activities

Through fun practical exercises you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and learn to trust your intuition:

✅ Yes No Maybe – Identify how these responses feel in your body in different situations.

✅ Alignment Mapping – Physically explore what “right” and “wrong” feel like for you.

✅ Tuning In Tuning Out – Recognize when you're open to connection and when you need space.

Each exercise is followed by a group discussion to help you integrate what you’ve learned.

📍 5:30 PM – Closing Circle (30 min)

Wrap up with a grounding reflection and leave with practical tools for everyday life.
