About this Event
Join me for a weekly small-group session that provides you with tools for incorporating a mindfulness practice in your daily life!
Peer support and practice in community are key pillars, and each session includes body-based practices and mindfulness tools.
These sessions are for you if:
- You have a general interest in mindfulness.
- You feel disconnected from your body, feelings, and/or thoughts.
- You want to practice being more present.
- Before beginning or alongside other therapy (EMDR, ART, and more.)
Sessions support resilience, stress management, emotional regulation, consistency, a sense of community, and more!
Coverage available through insurance and health spending. Sliding scale fees and bundles available, please reach out!
$45/ 60-minute session
