10.45 - 10.55: Arrive at the studio
11.00 -11.10: Introduction and Warm up by Sara
11.10 - 11.30: Asana (postural movement) practice by Sara
11.30 -11.50: Asana (postural movement) practice by Shwetha
11.50 - 12.00: Pranayama (breathwork) practice and Yoga Nidra (Relaxation) by Shwetha

You should know:

This is an open level lesson. If you’re a beginner, we will make sure you feel supported in your first steps in your practice.

If you’re an experienced yoga practitioner, we will cue modifications to make the practice more challenging.

The class is on a donation basis. If you can afford it and feel like we deserve it, chuck us a tenner! A QR code will also be present on-site for donations.
