Focus on the fundamentals with this gentle, breath centered practice. This class is great for beginners, and advanced yogis alike, offering functional movements, breath and body awareness, and an opportunity for deeper restoration and relaxation. Participants should bring their own mat and are encouraged to bring a beach towel (or similar) and yoga blocks if they have them. A limited amount of blocks will be provided by the instructor for class use. Tuesdays, November 12th - December 10th 6:00pm
