Foundational Techniques of Handbuilding Ceramics

In this class I will be teaching about the basic most foundational skills, techniques, and tools for hand building ceramic pieces. Using these techniques and tools, students will create a personalized and functional mug or plant pot.

Cam Shegogue is a local multimedia artist specializing in handbuilt ceramics, 3d collage, and textural art. Cam uses unusual materials and techniques to create otherworldly art objects, and they love to spread their knowledge of many mediums.
