Our weekly Foundational Acrobatics class is beginner-friendly and will challenge students up to the intermediate level. Classes will cover a variety of different skills each week including L-Base AcroYoga, Standing Acrobatics, Counterbalances and Dance Lifts.Instructors will vary from week to week and will include our awesome roster of AcroNola teachers as well as guest instructors on occasion.
Join us after class for the Sunday Jam from 7:30 to 8:30'ish. During the jam, students can continue to practice skills taught in class, work on other skills, or just hang out.
No partner required and beginner friendly
