ABOUT THE COURSE:By taking the beginners course in Meditation, you understand what it takes to gain mastery over your own thoughts and feelings. You begin to choose the direction you wish to take. You discover your inner treasures and eternal qualities by learning the method of turning inwards.
COURSE FORMAT:There will be one course per month. The entire course completes in 6 sessions. It runs for 6 days as per the course schedule in this section. Attendance for all sessions is compulsory to complete the course.
