The Invaderz:
This is the first time The Invaderz have played on Australian soil and we are blessed to have this OG Metalheadz artist on our line up dropping a two hour set of nothing but heavyweight killers. The Invaderz have a long and illustrious career in the scene and have work with the likes of DJ Marky, Goldie and Total Science just to name a few as will as having releases on Metalheadz, Commercial Suicide, DCSI4, C.I.A., Soul:r, Liquid V, Innergroud as well as owning and running Invaderz Transmissions. The Invaderz electrifying style of mixing has seen him play all over the world and on some of the biggest line ups. The Invaderz is hands down one of the most talented DJs the scene has ever seen.
Dauntless:
Sydney’s very own, Dauntless is one of Australia’s elite DJ/Producers. With releases on Commercial Suicide, Dispatch, Critical, Vision, Renegade Hardware and more, as well as being an event promoter Dauntless also ran DnBBeats.com which had tip and tricks for DnB producers. He has rocked dance floors far and wide form Locus Festival in Bali to his own events with some of the biggest name in the industry, a true power house on the decks.
Sal:
Sal has been a force on the decks since the late 90’s. Starting off in Wellington, NZ he became a firm crowd favourite known for his skills and selections. He was an instrumental piece of Wellington's celebrated Bass Frontiers. A crew who were vital in pushing the sound of drum and bass to new heights within Wellington and NZ. This gave him the opportunity to play alongside the biggest artists in the world of drum and bass who visited town on a regular basis throughout the late 90’s and 2000’s. Supporting the absolute dons of drum and bass such as Andy C, Goldie, Grooverider, Dillinja, A-Sides, Aphrodite, Bad Company, Bulletproof, Calibre, Chase & Status, Concord Dawn, DJ Hype, Digital, Doc Scott, Klute, Lemon D, Mampi Swift, Marcus Intalex, Need For Mirrors, State Of Mind, Zinc, Bailey, Konflict, Storm and many more. He has also played sets across New Zealand, Australia and the USA. Since moving to Australia Sal has become a very accumplished artist working with the likes of Need For Mirrors and having releases on legendary labels such as Soul in Motion, 31 Records, CNVX and Commercial Suicide. Hands down one of the southern hemispheres best producers.
Mittz & Nito:
Fresh from the New Zealand scene this duo come with a long line of credentials. Having smashed the festival and club scene across the North Island of NZ. Specializing in Deep Drum & Bass, Jungle and 140 - these heavyweight selectors bring a fresh palette of minimal sonics set to hit sound systems with a breathe of modern novelty whilst staying true to the old school. Mittz & Nito have played multiple sets at festivals such as Northern Bass, Dimension, and Shipwrecked. While also supporting internationals acts among the AKL club scene including Dillinja, Imanu, QZB, Need For Mirrors, FD, Sully, Black Barrel, Skeptical, Enei, Mefjus & more.
Zorrovian:
Zorrovian is an Australian musician, DJ and producer with a distinct sound deliberately crafted to evoke sensations of nostalgia. Zorrovian primarily creates atmospheric drum and bass/breakcore inspired by videogames and electronic music during the 90s and early 2000s; all tied together with cosmic/ethereal elements and breakbeats reminiscent of 90’s LTJ Bukem.
Genre One:
Foundation’s very own resident MC is a weapon on the mic. Inspired by the UK sound system culture, Jungle, DnB and Grime. This man has spat bars from the Sunshine Coast to the Netherlands and has dropped sets on pirate radio stations like Whiz FM as well as numerous events in Melbourne. This hype man will have you spiting bars, slapping walls and calling for rewinds all night long.
