The Men of Faith conference is a powerful day for men of all ages to grow in faith, virtue, and fellowship. Through inspiring talks and interactive Q&A this event empowers men to live out their faith with courage and integrity.
Man's identity is found first in Christ and without this starting point he can fall in spiritual battle and lose sight of his mission. Found, the 2026 Men of Faith Conference, is an invitation for all men to understand their identity in Christ. When a man embraces his calling, he begins to live with confidence, clarity, and freedom.
This year’s guest speaker, Devin Schadt, Executive Director of the Fathers of St. Joseph, will lead men to understand who they are in the Father’s eyes. Drawing from his work on fatherhood and his own journey of faith, Devin will challenge and inspire men to live with self-giving love rooted in their identity as sons of God.

Devin Schadt is the executive director of the Fathers of St. Joseph, an apostolate that labors for the restoration, redemption, and revitalization of fatherhood. Devin is the author of Joseph’s Way: 80 Days To Unlocking Your Power as a Father; CUSTOS: Total Consecration Through Saint Joseph; and is the creator of the video-devotional system LEAD: The Four Marks of Fatherly Greatness.
