Program Description:
FOUND & FORWARD is a transformational 4-week workshop series for people who have lost themselves—to caregiving, life transitions, demanding careers, parenting, or life's endless "shoulds"—and are ready to find their way back.
Over four weeks, participants will move through a journey of self-discovery and forward momentum:
Week 1 (Clarity): Reconnecting with who you really are
Week 2 (Release): Letting go of what's not serving you—stress, old stories, others' expectations
Week 3 (Optimism): Seeing what's possible for your life
Week 4 (Drive): Taking aligned action toward what you want
Each session blends guided exercises, supportive group dialogue, and hypnosis to create deep, lasting change. This is community building work at its core—creating connection, self-awareness, and authentic forward movement.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Nationally Board Certified Fellow of Clinical Hypnotherapy. This is a beta program, which means I'm offering it to gather feedback and refine the experience.

Suggested Donation:
Sliding scale donation of 20.00-60.00, depending on ability to pay, for all 4 sessions.
Location: Classroom/meditation space, 2nd floor
What Attendees Need to Know:
What to bring: Just yourself, an open mind, and a notebook if you'd like to take notes
Group size: Limited to 12 participants maximum (for intimacy and effective hypnosis work)
Who this is for: Adults who wake up and don't know who they are anymore—people who became everyone's everything and forgot they were someone too. People consumed by caregiving, life transitions, work, parenting, or life's demands who are ready to rediscover themselves and move forward.
What to expect: A warm, supportive environment with practical exercises, meaningful group discussion, and guided hypnosis. No prior experience needed.
Commitment: Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions for the full transformation arc, though I understand life happens.
