Join Linda Lee Purvis from Synergy Life Arts for a relaxing meditation experience in the architecturally robust and richly resonant Foster Memorial. A collection of unique instruments, including bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and other audible delights, will lull you with calm and restorative sound.There is limited floor space on a first come basis. To relax on the floor, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, water, and any other items to ensure your optimal comfort. Wooden chairs are available for seated meditation - although a folded blanket may soften the seat 🙂
Doors open at 7 PM. Late-comers, after 7:30, will not be admitted to avoid disruption to others. Message me with your name & number to register.
Fee: $25 cash only, paid at the door. These monthly meditations are offered in support of the care and upkeep of the Foster Memorial. Thank you for your support.
