The Rockford LSSI Foster Care program is inviting local residents to join us on Tuesday June 18th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm for our first annual Foster Fair being held at the Rockford Discovery Center! The event will include family friendly activities, a free car child seat safety check offered by the Rockford Fire Department (come check out the fire truck!), food, give aways, and free admittance to the Discovery Center Museum for the first 200 attendees! Also on hand will be other community providers who can tell you about the roles they serve in helping out the foster care population. Other agencies participating include the Rockford Fire Department, Youth Services Network, and Child and Family Connections. See you there!
