Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois can help you become a licensed foster parent and provide support as you open your heart to children in need of a safe, loving home. We will ensure you have the resources and support you need to care for the children temporarily placed in your home. LCFS is seeking prospective foster parents for all types of children, but we particularly need families who are willing and able to provide caring, welcoming homes to:
• Adolescents/Teenagers
• Children with specialized needs
• Youth who are in foster care and involved with the juvenile-justice system
Join us for a no-obligation, informational event with light refreshments. LCFS staff will walk you through the licensing process and answer all of your questions.
