We are back with a new season of Forward! at Giraf. This season is all about unity in the reggae community.
This time we invite none other than Poa Annua sound. This sound has made their name in Gent by organizing dub and roots party's and playing their weekly rub-a-dub show Buck Up That Sound on Urgent.fm. These vinyl collectors created their own vinyl shop so you can be sure of a top a top selection. Although they have a beautiful sound they will play on the Giraf PA due to the venue size.
Your hosts, the Pirates Crew, have been sailing on the reggae vibes for more than 20 years. They take you on their pirate ship on a journey through Jamaican music and original vibes from ska to rocksteady, from roots to reggae, and from rub-a-dub to the latest dancehall. Their cannons loaded with dubplates and exclusives, the Pirates set fire to every party.
