In the fullness of the summer sun, young men and women of the Newman Parish are invited to enjoy an afternoon at the park with picnics, lawn games and fun. Bring a picnic blanket and a plate to share as we soak in the summer. BYO picnic rugs, picnic dinner, and a plate to share. There are several BBQs near the playground and we’d love to have volunteers manning the BBQs. If you have any lawn games, you’d like to bring on the day feel free to do so.
