About Gerry Hamilton:
Gerry Hamilton is the senior national recruiting analyst for OnTexasFootball and has been covering football recruiting in the state of Texas since the late 1990s and nationally the last several years. Gerry has covered recruiting with Heartland Recruiting, Rivals, Scout, ESPN, 247Sports and Inside Texas. Gerry annually drives around the state of Texas to the tune of 30,000 miles or more to visit the high schools and coaching staffs of the top football prospects in the state. He also covers the Under Armour All-American Game, Under Armour Camp Circuit, Elite Underclassmen Showcase Camps and ESPN recruiting. He grew up around the game of football as the son of Texas high school coach.
