Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If the Event Organizer is offering a credit option, it will be visible within the Event Details of your order, which can be found in your Ticketmaster account. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

All purchases must be made with major credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallet. There are Cash to Card machines located throughout the venue. Please download the Ticketmaster or Pacers App to view your tickets. There are currently no vaccination/test results requirements in place for this event. Masks are optional.

For all events, there are wheelchair accessible locations that include companion seats. Each wheelchair accessible seat includes the option to purchase at least one (1) companion seat immediately adjacent to the wheelchair location, and, subject to availability at the time of purchase, up to a total of three (3) additional companion seats on the same platform row, unless ticket sales for any particular event are limited to fewer than four (4) total tickets for all purchasers. For example, if the venue or an event promoter limits purchases to two (2) tickets per concert for all purchasers, no additional companion seats beyond the required one (1) will be available. ADA seating is available on all levels and is subject to availability. Seating is reserved for sight/hearing impaired patrons and special amenities are available (i.e., hearing devices and sign language interpreters).
