Charleston's Fort Sumter Civil War Round Table is sponsoring a spring visit to battlefields in eastern North Carolina.
About this Event

Our field trip will start with a welcome reception on Friday evening at the Kinston Lenoir County Visitors Center.

Our host and tour guide is Colonel Wade Sokolosky, one of North Carolina's leading experts on the 1865 Carolinas Campaign.

Saturday will include a tour of the Wyse Forks Battlefield, a barbeque lunch and tour of the CSS Nuese Museum, and an evening banquet.

Sunday will include a tour of the Averasboro and Bentonville Battlefields.
