This one is for our evening people! On Wednesday, July 10th, let’s meet at historic Fort Roberdeau and slowly walk the property in search of birds, wildflowers, mammals, and other wildlife. We can take in the Bluebird Trail, created and managed by Stan Kotala for three decades. In addition, this location offers a great opportunity to see many birds, including the rare Red-headed Woodpecker. This walk will start at 6 PM. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a drink, binoculars, and anything else you may feel you might need!
Please text or call Field Trip Chair and JVAS President Michael Kensinger at (814) 505 - 3410 with any questions or concerns. In the event of inclement weather, Michael retains the right to cancel any field trip for the safety of our attendees.
