JAN 24TH we are partnering with LEGACY GYM to mark the beginning of our Ft. Lauderdale chapter.

This even will offer the rucking, fitness classes, community social, networking, and MORE!!!

(Rucking is a weighted walk)

-PARKING: Nearby parking lot, street parking available

WHAT TO BRING?

-Gear: weight pack/ backpack/ weight vest weighing 20lbs- 30lbs or whatever is comfortable 🎒

-Water: bring water, but we will have additional water provided on sit

-Shoes: hiking boots or comfortable fitness shoes 🥾👟
