The Ten-Miler is a competition to test your endurance and will be in support of the Fort Eisenhower Strong B.A.N.D.S (Balance- Activity- Nutrition- Determination- Strength) program. Army installations world-wide are banding together for the annual Strong B.A.N.D.S. campaign in recognition of "National Physical Fitness and Sports Month" during the month of May.
