Welcome to Mocktails & Meditation! Bring your own mat and meet us at Group Therapy for a day of FREE yoga and mocktails with the opportunity to hang out with other military spouses in the area! RSVP to claim your spot and share with a friend to join you!Join us as Meghan Barnard leads up in an hour class including an accessible and fun yoga flow for all levels, breath work and meditation.

Meghan is a wellness educator, speaker, and certified health and menopause coach with a specialty in functional and nutritional education.

With over 15 years of experience supporting military families, veterans, and spouses, Meghan brings both professional training and deeply personal insight to her work. She has spent the last 34 years in a resilient, evolving love story with her husband, a now-retired Special Operations Forces operator, and together they raised two sons through the complexities of military life. A longtime military spouse herself, Meghan blends trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system education to help couples navigate stress, transition, and connection. She has presented for organizations including All Secure Foundation, POTFF, The Station Foundation, and previously for UNTAPPED with Instant Teams.

Through retreats, workshops, and intimate group experiences, Meghan helps military couples reconnect with their bodies and each other, for deeper intimacy and lasting relational health.
