📌 What to Expect:
🌸 Dance Workshop: Our events start with a workshop for all dance levels, followed by a cozy social dance and party. We aim to promote forró in Stockholm and grow its community.
🌸 About Forró: Forró is a couple's dance and music genre from Northeast Brazil, encompassing various beats and styles. Initially associated with the working class, forró is now celebrated internationally.
🌸 Food and Drinks: While Bonden Bar won't serve full meals, they offer snacks and a range of beverages.
🌸 Wardrobe Service: Mandatory coat check at the entrance, included in the ticket price.
🌸 New to Forró? Join our introductory dance workshop at the beginning of the event.
🌸 No Partner Needed: It's common to attend forró parties solo. We'll pair up during the workshop, and everyone dances together at the party.
📌 Additional Information:
- Weekly Classes: We recommend Forró Stockholm for weekly classes on Samba de Gafieira and Forró. Contact: [email protected]@gmail.com.
