We are excited to announce our second beginner-friendly Forró class and social this year... of many more to come! Forró is a joyful, relaxed and creative Brazilian partner dance, and dancing joy is guaranteed even with only one class under your belt.Whether you have danced Forró before and can’t wait to hit the dancefloor again, or whether you have never heard of Forró - come join us for a free class (donations welcome) at 2pm on Saturday 27th November at the Student Union (LG1/Basement 1) followed by two hours of social dancing.

PS: A massive thank you to our sister group the Tango Society who have organised the room for us, and with whom we are plotting away to create some joint ventures in the future, watch this space!
COVID-19 notice: Please only attend if you feel well and don’t have any Covid symptoms. For extra safety, we ask you to do a lateral flow test on the day of the event and report the test result to the NHS so that we can check the text/e-mail notification on the door. While not mandatory, feel free to wear a facemask. If you prefer not to switch partners under the circumstances, just bring along a dance partner.
