November In-Service Holiday Camp 2025Camp Overview:
📅 Date: Tuesday, 11th November 2025
⏰ Time: 9.30 AM – 3.30 PM (Full Day Camp)
📍 Location: Forres, House Community centre.
👧👦 Ages: 6–12 years
Our goal is simple: to give children an unforgettable day filled with fun, friendship, and new experiences.

⚡️ NERF Battles – Action-packed, high-energy team games
⚽️ Football & Sports Tournaments – Skills sessions and matches
🎡 Zorbing Fun – Roll, bump, and bounce your way to laughs
🧩 Magnetic Block Building – Build, create, and explore with hands-on STEM fun
🤝 Team Building Games – Work together, compete, and challenge yourself
💪 Fun Fitness Challenges – Can you beat the beep?
🎨 Arts & Crafts – Get creative.
♟️ Board Games & Chess – Chill-out time with classic games
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and trainers for active play
Snacks, packed lunch (for full day), and plenty of drinks
Optional: Personal NERF blaster or device (for breaks only)
Important Notes
✅ All sessions are led by experienced, PVG-checked, First Aid-trained leaders
🚪 Drop-off camp: Parents may stay in the venue, but not inside the activity hall
🕘 Please arrive on time to avoid missing the safety briefing
🌦 Indoor-based camp, but we may go outdoors if the weather allows.
Additional Information:
Children must wear clothes suitable for running & playing
Pack a drink, snack, and lunch (if attending full day)
Devices/NERF blasters can only be used during designated break times

Cancellation Policy:
💸 Full Refund: Cancel 5+ days before camp
🔄 Transfer: Less than 5 days’ notice? Transfer your ticket to someone else (email us the details)
🤒 Sickness: Tickets can be credited to a future camp (with documentation)
🚫 Booking fees: Non-refundable
✅ If EQ Sport cancels: Full refund including booking fees
