Then have at it.
Camping fee/ vendor fee will be $500; paid to the landlord.

This will be mostly a daytime event: swordfighting and whatnot should be before dark.
The landlord requests no alcohol sales before 6 pm, must stop after 10 pm.
Do not bring alcohol unless it is homebrewed. Alternatively, alcohol will be enthusiastically seized by pirates and donated to the bar with your name on it.
Absolutely no dogs (too many sensitive animals here; sorry, no exceptions: no dogs. Landlord rules).
Amplified music must stop at 10pm (there is an old-folks home across the valley.)
Fire play must be supervised.
There are multiple buildings, shelters, and structures for people base their crafts, performances, etc.
Please let me know in advance what you want to do, and where you want to set up.
