𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
La formation vise à former des artistes et travailleurs culturels afin de leur permettre d’atteindre le plein potentiel de créativité pour leurs projets et favoriser leur accès à l’emploi. La création sans caméra est un genre cinématographique marginal pouvant être défini comme de l’animation expérimentale. Les différents processus qui composent ce genre se rapprochent énormément des arts plastiques, par le travail manuel d’intervention directes sur la pellicule (Super8, 16mm, 35mm). L’approche du formateur se porte principalement sur le recyclage d’images trouvées (found footage) sur pellicule 16mm et les différents moyens de transformer l’émulsion filmique avec de l’encre, de la gravure, de l'émulsion lifting et du tirage contact.
► La formation sera donnée en français. Veuillez noter que la salle de formation à Vidéographe n’est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Camera-less creation is a marginal film genre that can be defined as experimental animation. The various processes that make up this genre come very close to the studio arts, through the manual work of direct intervention on film (Super8, 16mm, 35mm). The workshop leader’s approach focuses mainly on the recycling of found footage on 16mm film, and the various ways of transforming filmic emulsion using ink, etching, emulsion lifting, and contact printing.
► Training will be given in French. Please note that the Vidéographe training room is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
