As the outgoing employer for the transfer of staff from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) to the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). We are formally consulting with all OPCC employees to outline plans in relation to the transfer in the coming months.
We are asking all employees to attend one of three sessions available ideally in person at Lloyd House. However, due to room availability we are restricted with space. Therefore, you will have the option to attend virtually via a Teams link. Please ensure you only sign up to this link if you are attending in person on Thursday 29th February. If you plan to attend this date virtually, please register using the other link.
We have started a formal consultation process with the trade unions. They will also be invited to attend all formal consultation meetings.
We understand this may be an upsetting and worrying time for you. I would encourage you to consider using the support services available to you. You can access designated on-site counselling, 24/7 telephone support, and a variety of resources.
