Those who “enroll” in Forks & Corks University enjoy tasting and learning about diverse wines in an engaging, interactive environment. Each 90-minute seminar is led by acclaimed winemakers and industry professionals eager to share their stories, expertise, and insight into the wines they craft.
Each class features 8–12 curated wine tastings guided by the experts themselves, with thoughtfully paired light bites to complement the experience.
All classes take place in the Michael’s On East Ballroom and require advance ticket purchase.
