About this Event
"Forgotten Victories, the Middlebrook Encampments' Role in the American Revolution"

Dr. Richard Veit, PH. D, Professor and Chairman of the Department of History and Anthropology at Monmouth university in West Long Branch, New Jersey will be our speaker who will, very appropriately cap off HTA's varied Battle of Bound Brook events for 2022.

Dr. Veit will tell us about Somerset County's Revolutionary War history and its importance and why it matters. Especially if you have lived in the area all your life, come and learn something new or possible add some information to the topic.

This event is Free, and we are collecting a FREE_WILL Donation at the event that will go toward Dr. Veit's planned research into Middlebrook Campground.

HTA will also be selling our latest book, a proceeding of the Second Middlebrook Symposium entitled, 'The Continental Army Comes into its Own; The Middlebrook Cantonment of 1778-79'
