The Menu:

First Course: Crab cakes with pineapple salsa, poblano-avocado mousse, chili cruch and scallions.

Second Course: Roasted mushroom with curried butter bean purée, dukkah, pickled fennel and smoked rainbow carrots.

Third Course: Beef tenderloin, aligot potatoes with raclette, and green beans.

Fourth Course: Pavlova with lemon posset, kiwi, passion fruit, dragon fruit, and dark choclate.
