Join us for the upcoming AEU Forge Ahead 5K slated for June 8 2023! June marks PTSD Awareness Month and At Ease USA is excited to organize this event to raise awareness about the impact of PTSD combat the stigma surrounding trauma and ensure that individuals grappling with invisible wounds know they're not alone.
Since 2009 AEU has provided evidence-based trauma relief to current and former military members and their families. Through programs like Vets4Vets we foster peer support networks empowering veterans affected by PTSD to support one another. Recognizing the need to extend our support in 2021 we began offering therapy to frontline healthcare workers expanding our reach to medical heroes.
As AEU continues to expand its services we take pride in the quality of support we offer to our military and medical heroes in Nebraska and western Iowa. Join us for a morning of fun and community engagement where medals will be awarded to first second and third-place winners. Families runners walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike are encouraged to participate as we come together to support the vital work of At Ease USA and honor our military and medical heroes!
