This event, co-hosted by the Maryland Forests Association and the MD/DE Society of American Foresters, is a unique opportunity for forestry professionals, landowners, and advocates to connect directly with new and returning legislators. It’s your chance to share your perspective, exchange ideas, and ensure the voices of Maryland’s forestry community are heard where it matters most.

Awards: Celebrating the Legislator of the Year, Landowner of the Year, and Partner Organization of the Year.
Guest Speaker: Ethan Tapper, author of How to Love a Forest, will provide valuable insights on communicating the importance of forestry in today’s world.
Policy Updates & Panel Discussion: Learn about key initiatives and pressing issues impacting Maryland’s forestry sector.
