About this Event
The forest in late winter offers its own teaching: strength that looks like stillness, power that doesn't announce itself, the patient work happening underground while the surface appears dormant.
We'll move slowly through the woods, pausing to notice what calls for our attention. Guided prompts will invite you into respectful communion with the living world—not to extract insight, but simply be. You'll practice what we call feminine ways of knowing: listening before speaking, feeling before analyzing, trusting the wisdom that arrives sideways, through image and metaphor and the body's quiet yes.
Expect guided prompts, moments of silence, child-like wonder meeting grown-up witnessing. You'll leave with practices for solo forest communion and, if you wish, continue the gathering over coffee and warmth later in a café.
